How we determine shipping charges:

Before checking out, you can estimate your shipping via UPS. After entering your information, you will have the option of choosing to expedite your order (with increased shipping charges) or decrease your shipping charges (with a slower turnaround) by choosing to ship via USPS. Regardless of the method, we do not charge any additional shipping/handling charges above what the carrier charges.

Turnaround time:

Most items will ship within 48 hours of your order. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We offer both expedited and economical shipping methods to meet your needs.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and fit. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange an item please:

• Return the piece or pieces to us within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise.
• For health and sanitary purposes, all tags must be attached to the garments and sanitary strips must not be removed.

We will credit your credit card for the returned merchandise (refunds exclude shipping costs) or process your exchange.
